Adopted test versions
Adopted as working drafts on 26 September 2026. These drafts are not enabled for actual contract conclusion. Descriptions of the previous test environment still need to be adapted to actual operations.

Terms and Conditions — Draft for future agency services
This version describes the proposed contractual model for future actual services. It does not form the basis for paid contracts in private testing. Outstanding business decisions and the final legal review must be resolved before live operations are activated. Status: 19 September 2026.
1. Contracting Parties and Scope
CASA WRITE is a trademark of CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609 Hamburg, Germany, represented by Dr Sven H.A. Siemers. Commercial Register: Hamburg Local Court, HRB 184534. Contact: s.siemers@casa-consult.de, +49 40 87 000 – 465.
These terms and conditions are intended for individually agreed text, editorial, publication, analysis and support services provided to businesses and consumers, insofar as they are validly incorporated. Individual agreements take precedence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Scope of Services and Delimitation
The accepted quotation and the agreed briefing determine the purpose, target audience, deliverables, scope, language, format, source and methodological standards, collaboration, deadlines, remuneration and rights of use.
In the case of consultancy and coaching, the agreed professional services are to be provided. If a specific deliverable has been agreed, the applicable liability for results and defects remains in force. Exam marks, accreditation, publication by third parties, sales figures or economic effects are not guaranteed as success, unless separately and validly agreed. This does not limit the obligation to perform in accordance with the contract.
Delivery in PDF or DOCX format alone does not determine whether a service, work or contract relating to digital content is involved. The classification must correspond to the service actually agreed upon.
3. Enquiry, quotation and conclusion of contract
A project enquiry serves initially to assess the purpose, feasibility and permissible scope. It does not in itself constitute a commission and does not trigger any payment.
The intention is to provide a personalised offer with a period of validity, which can be accepted via an expressly authorised, actual method of conclusion. The offer, terms and conditions, and consumer information must be made available in a readable and storable format beforehand. Any obligation to pay must be clearly identifiable at the time of the actual conclusion of the contract. The content of the contract is subsequently confirmed on a durable medium; a mere confirmation of the enquiry does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Review note: The binding offer/acceptance process, contract languages, payment step and actual delivery are still to be finalised. Test buttons and test offers are excluded from this.
4. Permitted Use and Academic Integrity
Academic support is agreed exclusively as permissible coaching, research support, advice on structure, methodology or statistics, proofreading, or clearly identified learning and illustrative material. The student’s own work must remain intact; the relevant examination and institutional regulations must be observed.
The following will not be accepted: deception, plagiarism, fabricated sources, manipulated data, or the creation or concealment of third-party examination work for submission as one’s own work. Samples must not be submitted as one’s own examination work and must remain labelled as such.
The client shall describe the actual purpose and any known institutional requirements. Any reasonable doubts shall be clarified; a permissible restriction or amendment shall be agreed upon. Services that are impermissible shall not be carried out. The consequences of termination are governed by the agreement and the law, not by blanket penalty or forfeiture clauses.
5. Collaboration and communication
The client shall provide the agreed information and documents in good time and, where necessary, designate a contact person. Any material provided must be lawful to use within the intended scope. CASA WRITE’s own obligations regarding verification and due diligence remain in force.
Briefings, versions, queries and decisions are documented in a traceable manner via the agreed channel. Legal declarations such as revocation, termination or notification of defects are not exclusively tied to the use of the portal, provided that other channels are permissible.
Missing information and delays will be reported, along with their consequences. A system status does not result in unlimited deadline extensions or automatically trigger additional remuneration.
6. Deadlines, changes and rounds of corrections
Binding deadlines are set out in the quotation. Any changes to the scope, deliverables, rights or deadlines shall be explained and agreed upon with regard to feasibility, price and timetable. Unless a change request subject to a fee is accepted, no additional payment obligations shall arise as a result.
Where agreed in the individual quotation, two rounds of editorial corrections are included within the agreed briefing. One round bundles related requests for changes into a designated version. New content or a different purpose may require a quotation for amendments.
Statutory rights in respect of defects and the rectification of defects are neither limited to two rounds nor treated as a chargeable additional service.
7. Review, approval and acceptance
Results are provided in the agreed format for review. Feedback should specify the version and the points raised. An interim editorial approval does not automatically constitute acceptance of all services or a waiver of unknown defects.
In the case of work-based services, acceptance is governed by law. No automatic acceptance deviating from this – whether by silence, download or the expiry of any deadline – is agreed. Pure services do not require acceptance under a contract for work and services.
§ 640 BGB: Acceptance: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgb/__640.html
8. Prices, Payment and Invoices
Remuneration, currency, tax treatment and any validly agreed instalments or advance payments are set out in the quotation. Consumers are provided with the total price, including applicable taxes and other price components, prior to conclusion of the contract. Additional services are invoiced only by agreement.
Due dates and permissible advance or instalment payments are governed by the applicable individual agreement and the law. Statutory defences, rights of retention and set-off remain in force. Internal financial approvals must not defer statutory due dates for payments or refunds.
Test note: Actual payment methods, due dates, the deposit model, tax presentation and invoicing method are yet to be defined. The amounts and tax rates specified in the test do not replace these definitions.
9. Rights of use and third-party material
The offer specifies the types of use, the purpose, duration, territory, exclusivity (where applicable), processing and publication. Moral rights of the author remain in force in accordance with the law; no blanket transfer of the copyright itself is claimed.
Third-party material is subject to its clearly identified licence restrictions. Agreements regarding attribution, discreet collaboration and authorship are assessed on a project-by-project basis and do not permit deception in an examination or academic context. Academic samples remain limited to the agreed, permissible purpose.
Review note: The chain of rights relating to authors and specialists, attribution and the date on which rights were granted must be confirmed prior to the respective offer.
10. Confidentiality, Resources and Data
Non-public project information is used for its intended purpose and made accessible only to authorised persons. Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected. The involvement of suitable specialists does not release CASA WRITE from its own contractual obligations.
Any agreed use of AI is clarified in terms of purpose and scope of data and documented transparently. Technical responsibility and human review are maintained. The use of confidential customer data for model training is not part of the remit.
Testing note: These intended obligations require appropriate service provider contracts and verified technical settings. The current test privacy notice specifies the outstanding platform certifications. For real projects, actual data flows, retention, deletion and, where applicable, data processing on behalf of a controller must be regulated in advance.
11. Defects and Liability
In the event of services that breach the contract, statutory rights apply. In the case of services involving the creation of a specific product, the following rights remain in particular: rectification and, subject to the statutory conditions, performance by the customer, reduction in price, withdrawal and compensation for damages. For digital products sold separately, their mandatory protective provisions apply.
CASA WRITE is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. This review version contains no disclaimer of liability and no shortening of statutory limitation periods. The absence of any assurance regarding external audit, publication or market success does not exclude liability for breaches of its own obligations.
§ 634 BGB: Rights in the event of defects: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgb/__634.html
12. Termination and revocation
Statutory rights of termination and withdrawal remain in force. The statutory rules on remuneration and set-off apply to the termination of a contract for services; no fixed cancellation fee is agreed. A consumer’s right of withdrawal is dealt with separately in accordance with the applicable information notice. Transactions between businesses alone do not thereby confer any additional consumer right of withdrawal.
Review note: Should subscriptions or other continuing contractual relationships be offered at a later date, the term, cancellation terms and, where applicable, an electronic cancellation function must be reviewed separately. This review version does not introduce a subscription.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be addressed to s.siemers@casa-consult.de or by post to CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609, Hamburg. A prior complaints procedure is not a prerequisite for statutory rights or judicial redress.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Statutory information obligations arising following an unresolved consumer dispute remain unaffected.
Applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with statutory provisions. No exclusive jurisdiction to the detriment of consumers shall be agreed.

Withdrawal from a contract · Draft · PRUEFFASSUNG-2026-09-19
Source: CASA WRITE · Test version v8 · Legal texts dated 19 September 2026 · Section on withdrawal
Withdrawal — Test notice and consumer test version
In the current private test, there are no real agency contracts or payments. A cancellation in the test portal is a simulation and is not actually confirmed by email. The following consumer information is a draft for future live operations; it does not claim that an online cancellation function has already been fully implemented. As at: 19 September 2026.
For subsequent distance contracts for services
As a consumer, you may withdraw from a relevant contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For the services covered here, the period begins upon conclusion of the contract, but not before the legally required information has been provided.
Please address your formal statement to CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609, Hamburg, Germany; email s.siemers@casa-consult.de; telephone +49 40 87 000 – 465. You may, for example, state in a letter or by email which contract you are withdrawing from. A declaration sent in good time before the deadline expires is sufficient. The form described below is optional.
This independently drafted review version does not claim any legal model privilege. Before finalisation, the specific service type, the current official model and the technical integration must be conclusively reconciled.
Official sample guidance with design instructions: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgbeg/art_253anlage_1.html
Refund following effective withdrawal
Payments received will be refunded without avoidable delay, at the latest 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Any standard delivery costs eligible for a refund are included; additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not.
Refunds are generally processed using the original payment method. An alternative refund method, at no cost to you, may be expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
Expressly requested early commencement of services
If you have expressly requested that a service provided for a fee commence within the withdrawal period, and the necessary information has been duly provided, statutory compensation may be payable for the portion of the service provided up to the point of withdrawal. The decisive factors are the proportion of the agreed total scope and, in principle, the agreed total price; where the price is disproportionately high, the market value applies.
The mere commencement of a service does not automatically invalidate the right of withdrawal. Early termination in the case of services provided for a fee requires, in particular, that the service has been fully performed, that prior express consent to an early start has been given, and that the loss of the right has been acknowledged. The current requirements are set out in Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
A request for early access is voluntary and is not derived from a deposit, an urgent deadline or acceptance of the terms and conditions. Consent and confirmation of awareness must be obtained separately and must not be pre-selected. The productive chain of evidence and confirmation has not yet been approved.
§ 356 BGB: Conditions for expiry: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgb/__356.html
Section 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB): Compensation for loss of value: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgb/__357a.html
Separate digital content must be treated differently
A consultancy service or text service provided on an individual basis does not become a separately sold digital content item merely because it is delivered as a file. For digital content sold independently, a separate consumer process appropriate to the offer must be defined.
In the case of digital content supplied for a fee that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the conditions set out in Section 356(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB) must be met for the right of withdrawal to lapse prematurely. These include the commencement of performance of the contract, express consent, confirmation of awareness and the required confirmation of the contract. A download alone does not constitute a blanket waiver of the right of withdrawal.
The compensation for loss of value section must not be treated as a flat-rate download fee. Section 357a(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not provide for compensation for loss of value in the event of a valid withdrawal from the purchase of such digital content. A corresponding sales channel has not been released for production use in the current test.
Electronic cancellation function — current status
Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB) requires, for the online distance contracts covered, a function that is easily accessible, prominently displayed and available throughout the withdrawal period. After entering or confirming the name, contract assignment and electronic confirmation channel, a separate confirmation step follows. The acknowledgement of receipt must be transmitted immediately on a durable medium and must include the content of the declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
This full functionality, including actual service of documents, has not yet been released for CASA WRITE. The action offered in the test merely simulates a withdrawal during the test process. No claim is currently made regarding a fully functional, legally valid online revocation process for genuine contracts. This does not restrict other permissible methods of declaration.

Voluntary withdrawal form — working draft
Recipient: CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609 Hamburg, Germany; s.siemers@casa-consult.de.
I/We hereby give notice of withdrawal from the following contract:
Service or digital content: ____________________
Contract or project number, if available: ____________________
Date of conclusion of the contract: ____________________
Name of the revoking person(s): ____________________
Address: ____________________
Date of declaration: ____________________
Signature only if the declaration is on paper: ____________________
Official model withdrawal form: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgbeg/art_253anlage_2.html
The contract number is for identification purposes only and is not a mandatory requirement for an otherwise unambiguous withdrawal. Electronic declarations do not require a handwritten signature. Do not use the test portal as the sole means of declaration for a contract actually concluded outside the test environment.
Data protection in the private CASA-WRITE test
As at: 19 September 2026. This review version describes the known processing in the current test system and explicitly identifies outstanding evidence. It does not constitute a declaration that all platform contracts, processing locations or deletion processes have already been conclusively reviewed. Please use only fictitious test data in project fields and files.
1. Responsible party and contact details
The entity responsible for the processing operations determined by CASA WRITE is CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609 Hamburg, Germany, represented by its managing director Dr Sven H.A. Siemers.
You can contact us on +49 40 87 000 – 465 or s.siemers@casa-consult.de. You may also use these contact details for data protection enquiries and to exercise your rights. Any separate appointment of a data protection officer for this draft version is still to be confirmed.
Data protection enquiries by email
2. Which environment captures this information
This covers the private website https://casa-write.s-siemers.chatgpt.site with its language versions, the multi-stage enquiry form and the test customer area. Unlike the standard CASA CONSULT corporate website, this application includes a sign-in function, personalised test areas, project forms and file storage.
The test subjects and prepared projects are fictitious. However, the account ID, email address and technical usage data actually used for sign-in may be personally identifiable. Private access and the use of synthetic project data do not render this data anonymous.
This information does not constitute consent. Neither a visit to the site nor confirmation that the privacy policy has been read implies consent to any additional processing.
3. Website access and technical infrastructure
During provision, the IP address, the requested page or file, the time and necessary connection data must be processed in particular. Browser, operating system, referrer, error and security information may also be included, depending on the transmission and platform configuration. The purposes are delivery, fault rectification, availability and protection against unauthorised access.
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR applies to the necessary provision and safeguarding of our testing services; our legitimate interest lies in a fully functional, secure testing system. Processing is limited to the extent necessary for the respective purpose. The specific balancing of interests and platform configuration must be documented prior to extended operation.
The use of Sites/OpenAI and the Cloudflare technologies Workers, D1 and R2 is known. The complete list of legal entities involved in this specific Site project, their roles under data protection law, details of additional platform protocols, support access and the retention of such data have not been conclusively verified. No specific data processing agreement or regional data storage can be inferred from the technical product designation alone.
4. Logging in and the personal test area
Login is carried out via ChatGPT. The application receives an authenticated user ID and email address, as well as a display name where applicable. The user ID is used to assign a personal test area and to distinguish the user from other logged-in users. A ChatGPT password is not requested via the CASA WRITE form.
Once a test subject has been selected, the application saves the test role and session assignment. Switching between fictitious roles within one’s own test environment serves the purpose of functional testing and does not replace genuine identity or employee verification.
We base the processing required to provide the expressly requested private test access and to control access on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Where a separate terms of use agreement requires a different legal basis in individual cases, this must be specified prior to the relevant use. The processing of the standalone ChatGPT account is also governed by the information applicable to that service; this does not constitute a complete clarification of the platform roles for this site.
5. Session cookie and language selection
For the explicitly selected test session, the application uses the cw_test cookie. It contains a random session key and assigns the authorised test role. Its set maximum duration is eight hours. It is not readable by page scripts (HttpOnly), is set to SameSite=Strict and is transmitted on the HTTPS website with the ‘Secure’ attribute. On the server side, the session key is stored in hashed form.
The cookie is technically necessary for this desired session function. The necessary storage of, or access to, the end device is based on Section 25, paragraph 2, No. 2 of the TDDDG; the processing of personal session data is assessed separately from this in accordance with the GDPR.
At the end of an active test session, the application cookie is removed and the associated active session record is deleted. Once the time limit has simply expired, the session is no longer valid; an automatic clean-up process for all expired server-side session records is not currently in place. Eight hours are therefore not a standard server-side deletion period.
The language version is determined by the URL accessed. The CASA-WRITE language function does not additionally store the language preference permanently in a cookie or in local storage. The platform’s own login and security mechanisms must be distinguished from this and are still to be fully documented.
Section 25 TDDDG: End-device access
6. Project enquiry, portal and files
In the test, the project purpose, title, target audience, scope of services, duration, deadline, language, subject area, standards, institutional requirements and fictitious contact details can be entered. In addition, test documents, messages, comments, deadlines, support cases, approvals and simulated contractual or financial statuses may be included where applicable.
This data is required to test the desired project workflows and to verify results in a traceable manner. Where genuine personal data is used in the test, it is subject to the necessary purpose-limited processing required to carry out and validate the test phase; the use of synthetic content should be prioritised to avoid this. Please do not upload any real customer files, health data, examination papers, confidential manuscripts or login details.
Project states are stored in D1, files in R2. New uploads remain in quarantine during the test process described. Quarantine does not constitute a confirmed malware scan and is not a reason to upload genuinely sensitive data.
Changes are logged with reference to the project and role, action, result, timestamp and technical chaining values. This audit data may be assigned to a logged-in user via their personal test area. It is used for troubleshooting, traceability and to safeguard test operations, not for creating an advertising profile.
7. Simulation instead of sending emails and making payments
The payments, refunds, disbursements and invoices visible in the portal are test transactions. No real payment service is connected to the portal. Portal notifications and deadline reminders do not trigger the actual sending of emails in this test.
Settings for email, reminders and marketing are saved as test preferences. Selecting a test marketing option is not used as a subscription to a real newsletter or as consent for actual advertising.
A complete analysis of the behaviour of all higher-level platform components is not yet available. Therefore, no blanket assertion is made that no further cookies, technical measurements or third-party accesses take place across the entire delivery chain. Before introducing additional analytics or marketing functions, the necessary information and, where applicable, consent must be provided separately.
8. Direct contact
If you do contact us by email or telephone, we will process your contact details and the content of your enquiry for the purposes of handling your request and communicating with you. In the case of pre-contractual measures requested by you or a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR applies. For general enquiries or business contacts, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR applies; our interest lies in appropriate communication and processing.
According to the information provided by the operator, STRATO is used for corporate email communication. This information relates to direct corporate communication and not to the hosting, registration or data storage of the CASA-WRITE site. The contractual and processing arrangements actually used for this purpose must be confirmed separately.
Please provide only the information necessary for your enquiry. For particularly confidential content, please agree on a suitable method of transmission with us in advance. Standard emails are not automatically end-to-end encrypted simply because the website uses HTTPS.
9. Recipients and processing locations
Within CASA, authorised persons are granted access to the extent necessary for the operation, testing or processing of the relevant matter. The designated Sites/OpenAI platform and the Cloudflare components used are involved in the technical provision. Whether individual providers act as data processors, further data processors or independent data controllers within the specific contractual relationship must still be confirmed on the basis of the contracts actually in force.
Legal or tax advisers, courts or public authorities will only receive data where there is a legitimate need and a legal basis for doing so. The contacting person’s own communications providers may be involved in the transmission.
No guarantee is given that this site will be processed exclusively in Germany or within the EU/EEA. The actual storage locations and possible access from third countries or by support staff, as well as the relevant legal basis pursuant to Article 44 et seq. of the GDPR, have not yet been conclusively established. In particular, no specific adequacy decision, nor any effectively incorporated standard contractual clause or data processing agreement without proof of a contract, is claimed. These points must be clarified before the system is put into productive use with real customer content.
10. Storage and deletion — actual test status
Project, communication, preference and audit data are currently retained beyond the end of a session. A general automatic deletion process for test projects, audit data and expired session records has not been implemented. Even the retention preferences of 7, 30 or 90 days, which can be selected in the portal, do not yet trigger automatic expiry deletion.
The project deletion simulated in the test removes or reduces certain project content after the test has run; it does not automatically delete all account, session, log or platform data. Test exports and test deletions therefore do not replace a genuine request for information or deletion under the GDPR. For such a request, please use our direct contact details.
The seven-day period confirmed for the other STRATO website does not apply to this site. No fully confirmed details are yet available regarding additional platform logs, backups and their deletion. A robust deletion strategy, setting out responsibilities and deadlines, must be defined and technically reviewed prior to extended operation.
This description of a technical testing gap does not constitute permission for unlimited storage. Personal data may only be retained for as long as a legitimate purpose requires. Actual statutory retention obligations apply only to the relevant genuine business documents in each case, not across the board to all test files or fictitious invoices. Your data protection rights remain unaffected.
11. Your rights
In accordance with the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Where Article 20 of the GDPR applies, you may receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transferred.
You may withdraw any consent given under data protection law at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. To exercise your rights, simply send a message to s.siemers@casa-consult.de. We generally respond within one month. In the event of a legally permissible extension, we will inform you of the reasons within this period. Where there are justified doubts as to your identity, we may request further information necessary for verification.
Your right to object is particularly important: if processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object on the grounds of your particular situation. Any further processing must then meet the legal requirements, such as overriding and compelling legitimate grounds or the safeguarding of legal claims. You may object to direct marketing and associated profiling at any time without giving a reason; in such cases, the data will not be used for these purposes.
12. Right of appeal
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or where the alleged infringement occurred. It is not necessary to contact us beforehand.
The Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible for our company in Hamburg: Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg; Telephone +49 40 42854-4040; email mailbox@datenschutz.hamburg.de.
Hamburg Data Protection Authority
13. Decisions, security and open evidence
The application utilises technical role, mandatory field and process rules. These govern the fictitious test workflow; they do not determine actual customer orders or payments. These test functions do not make any automated business decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences. This is not a blanket statement regarding independent platform processing.
The website uses HTTPS and technical access controls. No claim is made regarding independent security clearance of the entire operation, a full malware scan, or a fully verified recovery and deletion process.
In particular, the specific parties to the platform agreement, AVV and recipient roles, processing locations and third-country legal bases, full log/retention periods, and responsibilities for their deletion are still to be confirmed. This draft version will be updated as soon as the supporting documentation and actual operations have been clarified. Any subsequent use for real client projects requires a supplemented, consistent data protection notice to be provided beforehand.
General Data Protection Regulation
Terms of use for the private test
These rules apply exclusively to the private test environment of CASA WRITE. They are separate from the following drafts for future paid agency contracts. Status: 19 September 2026.
Purpose and operator
CASA CONSULT Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Charlotte-Niese-Straße 23 d, 22609 Hamburg, provides invited individuals with access to the test environment for reviewing pages, forms, roles and project workflows. The test authorisations granted apply.
No real orders or payments
The marked offers, contract statuses, invoices, payments, refunds, disbursements and cancellations are simulations. Interacting with them does not commission any actual text production and does not give rise to any obligation to pay for agency services. An actual commission requires a separate contract that is expressly marked as genuine.
Portal emails and payment flows are not executed in reality. A simulated confirmation is neither genuine proof of payment nor the legally required delivery of a contract or cancellation confirmation.
Fictitious test content only
Use only synthetic data and files that you are authorised to provide. Do not upload any real customer files, health data, confidential manuscripts, examination papers, payment details or login credentials. Malware, illegal content and access beyond your authorised scope are prohibited.
Login uses an actual account. Its identifier and technical usage data may be personally identifiable; the separate privacy policy applies in this regard. Fictitious test roles do not replace real identity or employee verification.
Saved changes and technical limitations
Test changes can be permanently saved in the personal test area. Reloading does not reset a process. Storage options within the test do not currently trigger automatic expiry.
New uploads remain in quarantine during testing. This does not guarantee a genuine virus scan or production release. No contractual level of availability or archiving is agreed for the test. Required test results should be backed up before any announced resets.
Messages and end of the test
You can report errors or issues to s.siemers@casa-consult.de or by telephone on +49 40 87 000 – 465. The test SLA shown does not constitute a commitment for actual customer orders.
Test accounts may be blocked for security reasons or terminated at the end of the test phase. Statutory claims and data protection rights remain unaffected. These rules do not exclude statutory liability.
Report a test issue
§ 640 BGB: Acceptance
§ 634 BGB: Rights in the event of defects
Section 37 VSBG: Information following a dispute

§ 356 BGB: Conditions for extinction · Section 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB): Compensation for loss of value

Accessibility information — Test bench
This information relates to the private CASA-WRITE test website, including the project enquiry and test customer area. Date: 19 September 2026. It does not constitute a certificate of full accessibility nor a claim of completed WCAG or EN compliance.
Service and user workflow
CASA WRITE provides information on text, analysis, publication and permissible academic support services. In the test, a project enquiry is recorded in several steps. The client area contains pre-prepared roles, briefings, messages, document versions, checks, approvals and simulated financial transactions. Login is via ChatGPT. No real orders or payments are processed.
Requirements and actual status of evidence
For an online consumer process falling under the BFSG, the relevant requirements set out in particular in Sections 12 and 19 of the BFSGV must be met. These relate to accessible information and functions that are perceptible, operable, understandable and robust, including identification, login and, where applicable, payment.
There is currently no completed and approved accessibility report for the full CASA-WRITE process. Individual functional, language or layout tests do not in themselves demonstrate the accessibility of all processes using assistive technologies. No claim is made for a micro-enterprise exemption without confirmed prerequisites, nor for a blanket exemption on the grounds of disproportionate burden.
This general description of the test environment does not replace either the required implementation or the full information in accordance with Annex 3 BFSG for a service that is subsequently subject to the BFSG.
